Sudan, An Endless War
"Even worse, the Government has been systematically
targeting the civilian population in the south, accusing the people there
of backing the opposition. Bombings of hospitals and feeding centres are
regular and have cost hundreds of lives."
BIN LADEN WILL TAKE HIS REVENGE
"Sudan was bombed, too. But was it not Sudan which,
at America's request, ordered Mr Bin Laden out of Khartoum in 1996? Was
it not Sudan which handed over Carlos the Jackal to French intelligence
agents in August 1994? Was Sudan - a ramshackle dictatorship if ever there
was one - really making precursor chemical weapons?"

THE
LOST BOYS OF THE SUDAN
"Since 1983, the Sudan People's Liberation
Army (SPLA) and the Sudanese Government have been at war in southern Sudan.
The conflict has already claimed more than 500,000 lives and displaced
huge numbers of people. Among these were at least 20,000 children, mostly
boys, between 7 and 17 years of age who were separated from their families."
